Heyoka Code of Conduct

Heyoka Code of Conduct Heyoka is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive space for healing and spiritual growth. By engaging with our services, website, or community, you agree to uphold the following guidelines.

1. Respect & Kindness

Treat all clients, community members, and facilitators with kindness and respect. Discrimination or harassment of any kind (including based on race, religion, disability etc) will not be tolerated.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are confidential. Clients and community members must respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories, session details, or private conversations without consent. Recording, copying, or distributing workshop materials, private discussions, or healing sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Professional & Ethical Conduct

Heyoka’s services are complementary healing methods, not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. Clients should seek appropriate professional help when necessary. Clients and community members must be honest about their needs, boundaries, and personal responsibility for their healing journey. Misuse of Heyoka’s services (such as attempting to manipulate, deceive, or take advantage of healing practices) is not acceptable.

4. Appropriate Behavior in Sessions & Community Spaces

Whether in-person, online, or within community discussions, behavior should remain respectful and professional. Any form of aggression, hostility, or inappropriate advances will result in immediate removal from the community and possible legal action. If engaging in an online session, ensure a quiet, private space free from distractions.

5. No Harmful or Dangerous Practices

Clients
and community members must not promote or encourage self-harm, violence, or any illegal activities. Heyoka facilitators reserve the right to discontinue a session or community membership if they believe a participant is engaging in harmful behavior.

6. Compliance with Booking & Payment Policies

Clients agree to honor Heyoka’s booking, deposit, and cancellation policies, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Failure to respect these policies may result in being unable to book future services.

7. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All materials provided by Heyoka (including workshop content, healing techniques, and written/audio resources) are intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or sold without permission. Testimonials, feedback, or shared experiences may be used for promotional purposes with client consent.

8. Violations & Consequences

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in warnings for minor infractions. Temporary or permanent bans from Heyoka services and community spaces for serious violations. Legal action if intellectual property is misused or if threats, abuse, or illegal actions occur.

9. Reporting Concerns If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to info@Heyoka.ie. All reports will be handled confidentially and with care.
