Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 14th of February 2024
Welcome to Heyoka! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Services Offered
Heyoka provides various healing services, including: Shamanic Voice Healing, Quantum Healing, Workshops & Rituals. We also offer a free 15-minute online/phone consultation to help clients choose the right service and establish a connection before booking.
2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
One-on-one sessions are offered on an open donation basis. It is warmly recommended to connect with me before booking, so we can align on the most suitable healing path for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your one-on-one session, I kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance, as each session space is held with care and may support someone else in need.
For workshops, overnight stays, or other group events, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is to be paid two weeks prior to an event, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: If you do not attend a booked workshop or overnight stay, the deposit and any payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures respect for the energetic space and the preparation involved.
3. Right to Refuse Service
Heyoka reserves the right to refuse service if: We believe the service is not suitable for the client. A client is disrespectful, aggressive, or violates our Code of Conduct, there is a conflict of interest or ethical concern. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded unless the refusal is due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Disclaimers (Medical & Spiritual) Not a Medical Service
Our services are complementary and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
5. Personal Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following a session. We do not take responsibility for how individuals apply the insights gained during our sessions. Results may vary - the effectiveness of healing sessions depends on individual experiences, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Community
Membership & Code of Conduct Users may create an account or log in via email to join our community. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. By participating in our community, you agree to treat others with respect and kindness. Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior. Maintain privacy and not share personal conversations or content without permission. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Session Confidentiality & Ethics
All client sessions are confidential. We will not share any personal details or session content unless required by law. If a client discloses intent to harm themselves or others, we may be legally required to report this to the appropriate authorities.
8. No Guarantees or Promises
While many clients find value in our services, Heyoka does not guarantee specific outcomes. Healing is a personal journey, and results may vary based on individual circumstances.
9. Online Sessions Responsibility
For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring: a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the session. Heyoka is not responsible for session interruptions due to technical issues on the client’s end. If a session is disrupted due to technical failures on our end, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Heyoka and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without permission. Any materials provided during workshops, such as recordings, PDFs, and exercises, are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission. Unauthorized use of our content or services may result in legal action.
11. Unexpected Events
Heyoka is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to events outside our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Illness or emergencies Internet or technical failures affecting online sessions In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled session but no refunds.
12. Testimonials & Reviews Policy
Client testimonials displayed on our website or social media reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. By providing a testimonial, clients agree that it may be used for promotional purposes.
13. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to book a healing session. If under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent.
14. Privacy & Data Usage
We collect and store user information, such as email addresses and booking details, to provide our services. Data may be stored in the cloud and managed using cookies. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
15. Limitation of Liability
Heyoka is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Irish law.

Heyoka reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
