Those once so important values of humanity are almost non-existent in today's society. Heyoka is a result of 13 years of a personal journey into the truth. The undeniable truth, indisputable, the truth that when felt, leaves us astounded, leaves us wondering and most importantly leaves us feeling that for the first time, we are free.
So what is your truth? Is life really a constant chase after money and being seen in the world or maybe it could be so, that there is a whole deeper meaning to it? Are we supposed to just be born in this world to go to school, then get a job, get married, and either struggle through or excel in our careers could it be so, that there is a whole different way of life accessible to us? Does the void we all feel come from the lack of achievement and lack of material things or could it have come from the lack of something much more meaningful? Are you just a misfit in society or maybe this society is unsuitable for what you are looking for in life? ...allow yourself to wonder...
With the current designs of social structures, we are unable to stop and think about the most important values in life. While busy trying to survive in the currents of economic highs and lows, we forget our innate power and wisdom.
What would have happened if instead of running we stopped and accepted where we are? What would have happened, if instead of chasing, we stopped and connected to our family and loved ones? What would have happened if instead of pointing fingers, we owned our part and with apologies created a meaningful change? What would have happened if instead of another outburst of anger, we had shown kindness, love and understanding? What would have happened if instead of another argument we had forgiven, honoured, united and served one another? What would have happened if instead of destroying our natural home, our mother and our brothers and sisters we loved, honoured, respected and protected them?
